It is a common knowledge that heart disease is number one human killer. A blood clot or thrombus entering or forming in any of the heart's coronary arteries, decreasing, slowing or finally arresting the blood supply to the part of the heart covered by it causes infarction of that part.

Depending upon the area of the infarct it can also cause instant death. It is important therefore to keep the heart healthy and disease-free functioning. What is required is to form a habit of 30 minutes brisk walking everyday to prevent accumulation of belly fat in the omentum which hangs stomach over stomach, liver, kidneys and other vital organs affecting their normal functions. The weight control along with cutting back extra salt and sugar intake and restricting saturated fats in the daily diet helps in keeping the heart's coronary arteries disease-free and blood pressure normal around 115/75 mmHg....
