Perio Protect, LLC awarded Dentist Terry Deeter, DDS and hygienists Amber Olson-Rambur and Shannon Davis the Orkos Award for excellence in case study report concerning periodontal disease treatment. They presented the case study of a patient who came to their North Dakota practice with 100% bleeding, meaning all 168 sites around the patient's teeth were bleeding. At the end of their treatment, using medication delivered with the Perio Trays (a product promoted by Perio Protect, LLC) the patient no longer had any bleeding sites. Olson-Rambur stated, "The treatment results are exciting, because we were able to obtain such good results ... trays ... Patients like the minimally invasive approach.
